3.1 lbs. pork butt 1 tbsp salt
2" ginger |
2 tsp tumeric powder 4 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp cayenne chili powder 1 tbsp korean chili powder 2 tsp ground coriander
4 tbsp rice vinegar |
cut pork into cubes and sprinkle with salt. add remaining ingredients into food processor and blend to make marinade. mix marinade with pork and leave overnight. |
