penang pork satay marinade
 

3.1 lbs. pork butt
1 tbsp salt

2" ginger
1 small onion
1 head of garlic
1/2 cup cilantro

2 tsp tumeric powder
4 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp cayenne chili powder
1 tbsp korean chili powder
2 tsp ground coriander

4 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp tamarind paste
1.5 tbsp pad thai sauce


cut pork into cubes and sprinkle with salt. add remaining ingredients into food processor and blend to make marinade. mix marinade with pork and leave overnight.
