i went with my parents on a weekend errand run. this was their first time going to costco since coming back from their vacation a few weeks ago. after costco, we went to restaurant depot, and finally the malden 88 supermarket.

we set a new production record today at 48.48 kWh, beating the previous record we set at the start of april, with a nice curve without any dips.

we finally cut open the watermelon i bought last weekend. there was a reason why it only cost $3: the interior was either over-ripened or the watermelon had been frozen and thawed at one point, it just didn't look normal, and tasted all soft and squishy. maybe we could blend it to get watermelon juice, but otherwise it was pretty much inedible. i opened up the bird whistle my 2nd aunt bought me from europe. it was interesting, but my parents said it needed to be filled with water, which i didn't believe, but when we tried it, it played like a string of bird songs.
