i ended up traveling into boston twice today: once to pick up some cheap produce at haymarket, a second time to see the harborfest fireworks. where's george.

i got back to porter square by 10pm. i was hoping to find a food place still opened since there was nothing to eat back at the house (other than possibly ramen), but most places were closed. i remembered the pizza place next to changsho and walked down there hoping it'd still be open. i discovered that harvard house of pizza opens daily to midnight. i ended up getting a large steak and cheese sub ($8). when i returned home, i added some "sichuan flavoring" (that i got from the changshou KFC) to the sandwich for a little more kick.
