woke up late - around noontime - but only because i went to bed last night at 4:00. my nest thermostat was saying it was heating but no hot air was coming up from the register. i played around with it a little bit, thought it was broken, but then it started working again just as mysterious as it stopped. after a shower, i got dressed and moseyed down to porter square via bike to recharge some charlie cards for tomorrow, then headed out to belmont. nothing much going on, casually watched a few football games, waiting for the patriots-chargers game later in the evening. there was a galaxy-revolution soccer game at 3:00, i tried watching it, but got bored after the first 10 minutes (new england tied the game 1-1, but lost in extra time). my mother didn't want to cook so she got my father to pick up some burger king after work. it was cold, with temperature in the 20's, by the time i left for cambridge. my father kept saying he could give me a ride, but it was easier if i just biked back.

not sure if i can finish watching the football game, i have to wake up at 4:00 tomorrow to get ready to go down to new york city at 6:00. debating whether to bring my dSLR, when i went last month i didn't really take too many photos (about 450), i might just bring some of my smaller cameras instead.
