i know who my roommate reminds me of: paul kinsey from mad men. additionally, victor wears a cream colored matching sweat suit while he's in the house along with a pair of slippers. this morning i saw what he eats for breakfast: a big bowl of chocolate milk heated in the microwave then combined with some granola cereal.

i began working early this morning; the quicker i got my coding done, the sooner i could ride off to belmont for some dinner. it snowed overnight and continued into the morning, just a light layer of powder. after work, after some oatmeal for breakfast, after shoveling the sidewalk, i left for my parents' place around 1pm with temperature in the 20's. i made sure to test both brake levers before i took off.

i ended up watching a pirated copy of the mechanic (2011) which didn't look all that bad playing off of the 46" HDTV. all the while i kept checking my e-mail, waiting for the all-good signal so i could send out the latest code build to the client.

i came back home after dinner to find victor in his room listening to spanish sports radio in bed. i feel sort of bad for not taking him anywhere during this presidential day long weekend, but he did go to a party, so it wasn't all bad. hopefully the weather's nicer next saturday and there won't be a soccer game to interfere with a boston tour.
