i started working at 9am, didn't stop until 11pm. i basically had my laptop with me the whole time except when i was in the bathroom. i worked off of the coffee table, on the couch, in the sofa chair, and on my home office desk. i left the house in the afternoon to take a short walk, returning home with some toilet paper and kleenex. how's that for excitement? there was also the lakers-celtics game, with ray allen finally surpassing reggie miller's 3-point career record. unfortunately boston ended up losing the game with a depleted line-up.

the last of my 1099-MISC forms arrived in the mail today, so i can finally do my taxes now. normally i wait until april but why prolong the inevitable? i actually made far less this year than i originally thought. that's actually a good thing, because once i file, i can take my returns and try to get some cheaper health insurance which will save me a chunk of change.

i'm hoping i won't have to work this weekend, but it all depends on how much progress i make tomorrow. the deadline is monday morning so if i can survive until then i'll be in good shape for next week.
