i'm going to try and get some early sleep tonight. i'd like to wake up a 3:00 to watch the women finals tennis match of the australian open. then i have a funeral to go to at 10:00 at mt.auburn cemetery and i need to ride my bike to my parents' place first to drop off my stuff.

an uneventful end to a week that went by pretty fast. the client's promise of new content delivery for yesterday never happened, and neither did today, which didn't surprise me.

for dinner i baked a digiorno pizza in the oven. it was okay but the crust seemed too thick and bready (i prefer a thin crunchy crust).

i'm dismayed over the local news coverage of the egyptian protests. it took almost 10 minutes before they even mentioned it. the dedicated news channel were a little better, sensing the seriousness of the situation and covering it round the clock. the best coverage was on al-jazeera, which of course is not carried by any cable stations, but i managed to watch it via the livestation application.
