i finally installed my copy of turbotax deluxe. there's nothing to stop me now from doing my taxes and figuring out how much i owe the government. next order of business was activating my online citizens bank account. once i close out bank of america sometime this week and switch all my cash into citizens, i can start managing my online bill payments. finally, continuing with my actionscript ramp up. there's actually a lot of similarities with lingo script, i think once i do a project or two, i should manage to pick it up (that's the hope anyway).

in the late afternoon i got a ride back to belmont from my father. it was his birthday today and the family was planning to go out to dinner. however, in the end we just decided to stay in and order pizza instead. with all the recent commercials about domino improving their menus, we were curious to try them out.

we ended up getting the 2 large 2-topping pizza deal with a side of chicken wings, bread, and a bottle of soda for $30. i ordered it online using their impressive pizza designer interface.

the thin crust bacon and spinach thin crust with white sauce was the better of the two pizzas. the updated tomato sauce on the brooklyn style pizza was a little too sweet; i would've preferred the sausage and garlic on a thin crust instead. finally, we had a birthday cake which my father bought yesterday while he was in new york city.
