though only thursday, it felt like a friday because i won't be here tomorrow, heading down to new york city via the chinatown bus to check out the halloween parade. i spent the day packaging up some projects for client N (actually sent out an invoice this time) and fixing a few more bugs for client B. time went by pretty fast and before i knew it it was already dark. i squeezed in a salmon cream cheese bagel with capers for lunch and made some more pasta and cheese for dinner. i had a fuji apple for dessert. i did a load of laundry and had to go down to the basement when i realized my upstairs neighbors had accidently turned off the cold water supply to my washer (those pipes need labels). it's weird to think by the time i return to boston it'll be november already. traditionally it's been the last month of riding before i put away the motorcycle in storage and spend the rest of the season ambulatory. here's one person who hopes it doesn't snow until january.
