it's columbus day but that means very little since everyone i know is still working today. i ate a moon cake for lunch and then borrowed the car to go pick up a testing machine from client P in cambridgeport.
client B called me in the late afternoon to tell me they'd be sending me a list of bug fixes soon. the red sox had an unusual afternoon game. i've seen the future and it's the tampa bay devil rays.
with lester pitching you'd expect a boston victory but you'd be wrong. the sox lost, but at least they didn't get shut out. the devil rays completely dominated the red sox, in fenway park no less. in the early evening i finally got a chance to clean out the minibow fish tank (i did a water change on the guppy tank last night). i lit some candles to try and mask the strong odor of my roommate (a combination of armpit, exhale, and cooking oil). for dinner i heated up two toaster oven pizzas.
