a morning trying to find some decent internet access, followed by a visit to the small post office in the basement of the siam center parking garage, then breakfast at macdonalds (fish fillet sandwich). a ferry ride back to the khao san road area to visit my favorite net cafe, then several hours spent at the national museum, before a quick stroll through the amulet market near wat mahathat. a ferry ride again, this time to ratchawongse, another tour of yaowarat street admiring all the old style chinese houses, then some street noodles for dinner, waiting for sunset, taking some photos, and back to the white lodge right during a heavy downpour, almost had to swim to my room, the street was very flooded.
