2004

today: lisa started her freelance gig at squid, we talked about the srm things we missed, alex told everyone he got engaged (for real, no kidding) and showed us his ring, alex and april gave me a glittery chinese new year holiday card (along with some money, i should've known something was up when i saw alex had glitter on his face yesterday), we discovered that everyone at the office wears glasses, i finally got my hands on some smelly tofu, the taiwan cafe owner recognized me when i went to the restaurant to pick up my order, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in chinatown were closed today, alex wong was supposed to come over my place to make rice cakes for chinese new year but decided to cancel because he "felt sick" and did want to go outside, i went to the boston cellular office by porter square to ask about cellphone prices (they sell the sony ericsson T616 upgrade for $300, a total ripoff), i called at&t wireless to order the phone but it's backordered so i have to wait anywhere from a few days to a few weeks before i can call them back, and i had the rest of the leftover risotto for dinner with a few glasses of autocrat coffee milk.
