2003

i fell asleep last night on the couch in the living room, woke up at noon to an overcasted gloom outside. with just a few hours of filtered daylight left, i spent it still parked on the couch, watching tv, eating a plate of pizza rolls. my mother briefly dropped by to take back the car, and later my parents came by for dinner, ordering a few dishes from zoe's. my father helped me flip over the couch so i could put some felt pads on the feet. they left afterwards, leaving me to watch alias. funny, i was just reading about the neutron bomb! this episode featured a gratuitous scene of sydney bristow doing bicycles on her bedroom floor and later changing out of her shorts while talking to evil francie. it's nice to see will again (he wasn't killed by evil francie after all), but where is mom, where is lena olin? it's also good to see dixon returning to work; why is his wife so unsupportive of his job? kendall is just as bad a boss as sloane was, sending syndney out to assignments where she might get killed and not coming to her rescue when she gets caught. i think sloane is a republican, kendall definitely a democrat. oh, sydney dressed up as an old woman? i bet you she'll dress up like a boy in a future episode, that's one costume she hasn't explored yet.
