even though i was very sleepy, i still went to bed late last night, 6am in the morning late. i woke up at 3pm however, so i got 9 hours of sleep. haven't had that in a long time! today was a lazy day, a day of nothingness, which is just what i wanted. i didn't take any phone calls, i didn't do any coding. i just watched television in my hot room, eating some lunch, drinking cans of schweppes ginger ale.

the only thing mildly interesting that happened today was i saw a baldfaced hornet chew wood from a fence door to make pulp for its nest. i really like baldfaced hornets. i don't see them very often, but they always make their presence known because they're very aggressive and very large. i wonder where its building the nest? i hope i don't accidently find it.
