my original plan was to work half the day on client N's stuff, and half the day on client R's stuff. but when client N called me around noontime with some concerns, i ended up spending several hours working at their allston office. by the time i left, it was already snowing. i got home at 3:30, having not had either breakfast or lunch yet. i quickly ate a bowl of yogurt and granola before going out again to market basket to get some groceries.

client R got in touch with me, asked if i could come in on thursday. i thought their deadline was friday, but i told them i'd try for an ambitious thursday morning delivery. that means i basically have tomorrow and wednesday to finish both projects.

i woke up early this morning to clean the aquarium. it's long overdue by more than a month. whenever deadlines approach, i'm suddenly gripped with an overwhelming urge to do everything else but work. i also did a load of laundry in the late afternoon (cold cycle synthetics and color-dyed garments).

i continued working on client N's project until almost 9:00. i did finally have a bug-free interactive, although i don't know if the movie playback will be slow because i'm not using direct-to-stage. i made myself a grilled chicken caesar salad, that really hit the spot.

i'll probably go to bed early, have a long day tomorrow, a date with actionscripting.
