2010

now that i've done it i wonder if it was too early to turn off the heat. last spring i held out until the 22nd before turning it off. i've checked the 7-day forecast: 60+ during the day, 40+ at night. i'm hoping my place will heat up enough during the daytime to keep the house warm later in the evening.

i biked down to harvard square today to withdraw some money from the bank (for one thing, to pay my mother back her loan). it's the first time the sun's been seen all week long so everyone was out soaking up the warmth. since you're technically not allowed to ride a bike through the campus, i parked on the outskirts and walked to the square. the teller was off his game and told me his was going to pay me out in 300 $20 bills. "what?" he finally caught his mistake (i wasn't withdrawing that much).

i then biked to the cafe, and loaded up my banks of fluorescent lamps into my father's car so he could drop it off at my place later.

for dinner, i had some chicken broth rice noodles. fringe was the only thing worth watching, besides my wire marathon (season 4 episode 4).
