spent the day resting, trying to recover from this cough. took a mucinex tablet last night, managed to sleep just fine, woke up flushing out the content of my sinus cavities. i thought i was getting better, but as the day wore on, the cough came back. i'll keep on taking mucinex before i go to bed until it clears up. left the house just once to move the motorcycle and cash my state tax rebate check. i decided to cover up the bike after hearing weather reports that it may thunderstorm (never did). an egg and prosciutto muffin sandwich for lunch, some stove-top salted popcorn for an afternoon dessert, and some flat chinese chive dumplings for dinner along with some watermelon. later after i post this entry i'll probably go soak in the tub, hoping that the hot steam will further alleviate my allergy symptoms.
