do they give out olympic medals for procrastination? because i must be the current world record holder. client B got in touched with my today, asked if i could make a delivery tomorrow. a few hours later, they asked if i could have it ready by today. i didn't respond, i was too busy coding. the graphic for the 2nd half of the project finally arrived today in the mail. that's good, because it's due in two weeks (according to schedule, i should've had these graphics last month). i think i work best with an impending deadline. it's a little stressful (understatement), but the adrenaline keeps me focused, and i get this warm feeling inside as i race against time to finish the project.

a forecast of a strong rainstorm kept me inside for much of the day (besides work that is). i only left the house briefly with bruce to retrieve his broken laptop from microcenter. earlier this morning i went to star market to pick up another watermelon. my evening consisted of olympics watching, code writing, leftover pasta dinner, and a new episode of burn notice. i better get some sleep if i want to have enough energy to continue coding tomorrow.
