i just finished watching the season finale of the sopranos. that's it?! last week's episode was *way* better. jackie junior commits a boo-boo, carmela meets tony's goomah, ralphie takes the heat for jackie junior, tony breaks up with his goomah, christopher is pissed off at tony. this week, the finale? jackie junior gets whacked, paulie voices his disgruntleness with the boss, anthony junior almost goes to military school. snore. new episodes won't be until 2002? hey, i've got backup tapes of gilmore girls to keep me occupied throughout the summer months.

speaking of the gilmore girls, i can't for the life of me find a fan of that show other than myself! this doesn't mean the show sucks because i know it to be AWESOME and i will coca-cola challenge any other show with the gilmore girls and guess who will win in this blind taste test challenge? gilmore girls of course! i know fans exist online, but i want to find someone local so i can have some face-to-face discussions. there is much to be said! i know the season is over and i have to wait until the fall before new episodes arrive, but there are still very trying topics i must explore through a boisterous dialogue! is lorelai going to hook up with luke, ever? who thinks mr.medina is sexy, because i sure don't. why won't paris stop being a bitch? when will lorelai and sookie open up their own inn? who's hotter, dean or tristan? if you're in the boston area, write me!

haven't gone out shopping for clothes in a long time, must've spent $150 today (which is quite an accomplishment for me, since i believe i should never pay more than $20/clothing item) but know what? i feel pretty good! i can see how one can easily become addicted to shopping. my reason for today's trip was the discovery upon a recent catalog of all my pants that most of them i can no longer fit into because i've expanded a little bit. granted, all my past pants were tight pants (that's how my ladies like'em!), so it's not entirely the fault of my increasing girth. i also came to the realization today that from now on, i'm going to buy most of my clothes online. my past fears were based on the worries that things i buy online might not fit me exactly and it'd be a hassle to return (versus store purchased garments which can easily be exchanged or refunded). those fears are slowly starting to go away though, as i come to the conclusion that the only place that carries clothes that fit me exactly are online stores that i can custom-size everything.

it's been a long time coming, but finally committing a new design to html paper. it's still a W-I-P, but progress is slowly but surely being made. it's nice to handcode html again, nostalgic.
